The dealership sold us a pre-owned truck without servicing it before giving it to us. I found the previous owners clothes in the bed of the truck, the bed cover straps were cut, and the windshield had been replaced with the incorrect windshield so now the rear view mirror isn't flush against the windshield. When I came back a couple weeks later they basically told me tough luck.

Complete mess - inaccurate invoicing, poor communication, inaccurate check processing, excessive repair cost estimates, no follow up. Please check your invoices. Twice, I the math on invoices presented to me were wrong. The amounts were higher than they should be. Since the invoices were computer generated, I question the financial systems at this dealership.

When Scheduling an appointment was told that my bill would be 69.95 then after service it turned to $105 which isn't a big issue but the next item was. Next my Tucson has only 31000 miles on it trying to get an issues looked at for the warrantee they wanted me to pay 259 for diagnostics when it should be covered under the 60000 mile 5 year warrantee so I took it to another Dealership where they didn't charge me to look at it and have now found the fault as a bad transmission.
My appointment went smoothly. When I brought my car in they took the vehicle got it done in a timely fashion. I have no issues and would definitely do business again with this dealership again.

I was sent a text message with $1500 of recommended service for my vehicle with 36,000 miles that runs fine with no explanation at all (came for an oil change). When I went to pick it up, I got no discussion or explanation about any of the recommended service items. I also brought it in to have my speaker system checked and was told they ordered new speakers, but no explanation about what their diagnostic eval found. Communication was very poor.
The service member was knowledgeable and helpful. He even changed my wiper blades for me.
Scheduling department was a little off but the service department was great. They finished in less time than expected.
The convenience of this dealer is a bit out of the way but, so far we are satisfied with their response to my questions and scheduling for service.

I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was given a time and told the lady I would wait while service was being done. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was a "waiting appointment whenever the work could be performed, possibly a 2.5 - 3 hour wait." I was disappointed to hear this and was confused on the reason for a fixed scheduled time. The Service Manager indicated best to make a time 2 weeks in advance for a "firm appointment time." Fortunately I only waited 1.5 hours to complete service.

My experience is always exceptional! I was disappointed that I was unable to obtain a loaner, but my service was fast so waiting was not an inconvenience.

Micheal Brown was very un-perfessional. Never call back or answers the phone. I paid $2500 to fix my car. Car wasn't ready when I picked it up, had appointment to recheck car Michael wasn't there. He's always unavailable.my raido system was working when the car was dropped off, and not working when I picked it up. They want me to pay another $1200 plus to fix something that wasn't broken when they git the car. I declined that. Very bad service.

I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and seated in the lobby. My service rep met with me and discussed my requested service items, got me a loaner, and sent me on my way home. I was kept informed of the service process and called to discuss serveral other issues that were found upon inspection. I had requested to be able to pick my car up by 2 p.m. and was called and told it would be ready. When I got to the dealership, my car had been cleaned up and was ready to go.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. Porter was very knowledgeable about the car, all its features, and technology. I wasn’t rushed at all and felt at ease making the purchase. Ethan was very helpful in finance too and even kept that part of the car buying process easy. Chris has been my service representative for 13 years. I’m on my fourth Infiniti and always had excellent service that is quick and reliable. The staff does a great job of getting people in quickly so they can keep moving with their day if they are not waiting for their vehicle.
My experience at the dealership service center was disappointing, frustrating, and overpriced—completely unprofessional, dismissive, and impersonal; the staff seemed rushed, neglectful, disorganized, and unhelpful, making the entire process feel inefficient, disrespectful, misleading, and ultimately unsatisfactory.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 7:30 am. I dropped my vehicle off and the service advisor confirmed my information and phone number to reach me once done. I've been taking my vehicle to them for 4 years and never once had an issue. The normally call me and communicate with an update on my car and give me an ETA once completed. It took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. That wasn’t terrible, however; the lobby area was crowded and not accommodating for a crowd or very long wait time. My tech was very nice and explained needed repairs well.
Great customer service from making the appointment, following up with needed services and when the car would be ready, to washing it before I picked it up.
David was extremely helpful in rescheduling my recall appointment and called me to let me know that the parts were in and when I showed up David made sure I was given immediate attention and that the process was completed as promised
We purchased a truck but neededmore features. They were able to get another truck from their inventory that met our needs we were very pleased that it fit within our original budget.

I have been bringing my Pathfinder to this location for service since I bought it in 1999. The team has always taken great care of me and my vehicle. From the beginning it was understood my goal was and is to keep it on the road as long as possible with great care from Dick Smith. I cannot thank Dick Smith enough. Ryan greeted me when I arrived, reviewed the oil change warranty with me, updated me on my car's service status, suggested I obtain the brake fluid change -which I did - due to it being at 20,000 miles, and informed me that my car was ready. Ryan was professional, courteous and kind. A very handsome fellow indeed. And, my car was washed, which was unexpected. Well Done Mr. Young! I want you to be my service representative in the future.

The dealership was open to negotiation for price of vehicle I purchased.Around 2000$ less than another dealership I've delt with.The only thing I didn't think I needed was the extra warranties,with a 250$ deductible.All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the cars.I would highly recommend this dealership.

My 2015 Nissan Murano required repairs. It would have cost more to fix the car than what the car was worth. I worked with Alston and Ethan, and traded my car for a 2025 Murano. I wasn't in the market for a new car, but they worked with me, which worked out financially.
I came all the way From Greensboro, North Carolina and was not really looking for a car, but knew that I had to get one because I was in a really bad accident that totaled my car.
